We loved the hotel's location, right in the heart of downtown Tulum and within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently close to the main road where you can easily find transportation options. Additionally, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by friendly staff. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax and take in the views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Alex, were incredibly accommodating and provided great recommendations. The breakfast made daily was a nice touch and the portions were generous. The hotel is clean and the decoration is really nice. The location is convenient, close to bars and restaurants, and right at the top of the town, making it walkable to everything. Plus, the hotel is in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy the great bars and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right at the top of the town, and the helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a balcony and glass sliding doors for a nice view. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was just right. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, especially Isabela and Ivan, who made every morning an excellent experience with great food and fresh juice. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace and pool for relaxing in the evenings. The location was perfect, right at the top of the town and within walking distance of many eateries and the center of Tulum.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to great bars and restaurants. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast has a good selection. The hotel is new, clean, and nicely decorated.

The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms added to the overall comfort of our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive.
