We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach club named Bagatelle and the best restaurants in the area. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities, especially the private cenote on site. Additionally, the view of the jungle from the hotel was incredible.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was clean and had great facilities. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near all the best restaurants in Tulum and also close to beach clubs. Additionally, the hotel provided free bikes for easy transportation. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an incredible stay here. The hotel is in the perfect location on the strip, close to amazing restaurants and beach clubs. Free entry to Bagatelle was a huge plus and allowed me to enjoy the beautiful beach without any minimum purchase requirements. The hotel rooms were stunning, with granite art at the headboard and a spacious rain shower. The massive 2-story deck provided a breathtaking view of the jungle, especially during sunset. I loved the private cenote, where I could jump in anytime and enjoy delicious cocktails. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast had a wide variety of gourmet options to choose from.
